Our family-owned extra virgin olive oils from Italy

Our extra virgin olive oils all come from our family-owned olive groves in the Italian region of Abruzzo and are harvested by hand. Using handheld tools and machinery, the olives are carefully picked starting at the end of September during daytime hours, in a way that is gentle on the environment and local wildlife. They are then transported to the olive mills within the shortest possible time, where they are processed into the finest extra virgin olive oil.

Our “COME PRIMA” is traditionally cold-pressed. Our “FRENTANIA” is cold-extracted using a gentle method, while our “CIOMMI” is cold-extracted through a very special process carried out virtually in the absence of oxygen.

All our olive oils are of the highest quality: extra virgin (Italian: extravergine or EVO).
