The olive oil from the Miretta Barone family is a very special extra virgin olive oil made from more than 8 different olive varieties. The unique blend of different olive varieties, each at a different stage of ripeness at harvest time, combined with the gentle cold-pressing and cold-extraction methods used to produce the olive oil, give our extra virgin olive oil its unique flavor.
